Job Summary: We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to lead, & support front desk operations.

Help prepare weekly sales and business level forecast.
Help with front desk staff schedule to adjust accordingly when requested. Monitor and adjust for any major change in occupancy levels.
Assist in supervising the Front Office operation to provide efficient and courteous service to each guest.
Maintain statistics on rooms and reservations, guest arrivals and departures, average occupancy rates, and related information.
Work closely with other departments, to properly plan and coordinate in-house activities.
Participate in all required and requested hotel department meetings as per FOM and General Manager (GM).
Qualifications
Supervisory experience required with the ability to train
Proficient computer skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with a great grasp of the English language
Act independently with minimal or no supervision.
Ability to occasionally lift 35 lbs.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree in hospitality management preferred
