Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team as a Weekend Supervisor / Wound Care Nurse. This leadership position combines weekend nursing supervision with specialized wound care responsibilities to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes and high-quality resident care.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Supervisor / Wound Care Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff during weekend operations.
• Perform comprehensive skin and wound assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized wound care treatment plans.
• Administer wound care treatments and monitor healing progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning, and accurate electronic nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and infection prevention standards.
• Mentor, support, and guide Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Respond to changes in resident condition and provide clinical leadership during weekend shifts.
• Promote quality improvement initiatives focused on wound healing, resident safety, and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Wound care experience preferred; Wound Care Certification is a plus but not required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and make sound clinical decisions.
