Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts Available: Day Shift, Evening Shift, and Night Shift

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. Whether you're looking for day, evening, or night shift, we have opportunities available for experienced nurses who are passionate about providing exceptional resident care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll deliver high-quality nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Accurately complete electronic nursing documentation.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately.
• Supervise, mentor, and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
