Own the Pipeline: Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier, part-time hourly service professionals and corporate talent.

Partner with Leaders: Work directly alongside hiring managers and company leadership to understand unique staffing needs and build winning teams.

Drive the Process: Manage the full lifecycle—from crafting job descriptions and screening resumes to conducting dynamic interviews and managing candidates in Paycom.

Be the Face of Park Inc: Build candidate excitement, promote our core values, and deliver an exceptional onboarding impression.
📋 What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter (experience with high-volume or hourly service roles is a huge plus!).

A passion for sourcing through creative channels, social media, networking, and databases.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to instantly build rapport and excitement.

Organization champions who can keep data tight and compliant within an ATS.

Qualifications:- 3 years of full cycle corporate recruiting experience ideally in a high-volume environment
- Experience working with business teams and recruiting for various roles, including but not limited to hourly part-time workforce.
- A strong drive to source, attract, and secure talent of varying experience and backgrounds, with a focus on building a diverse pipeline.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. In fact, at times youll feel a bit like a Copywriter as youll be upscaling job descriptions and writing engaging messages to candidates.
- Strong knowledge and experience with an industry ATS (we use Paycom)
- Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
- Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
- Knowledge and understanding of AAP and OFCCP compliance.
