Local CPA firm seeking mature, reliable, organized individual with excellent computer (Excel, Word) and communication skills to be involved in a variety of office tasks. Must have the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks. Taking charge and meeting tight deadlines will ensure success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone, entering data into program software, clerical support to team members, as required.
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Excel and Word, 3-5 years of administrative experience, flexibility to pivot priorities throughout the day, good communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
