What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Full Time Winter Seasonal position at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek?

Our Restaurant and cocktail servers will be cross trained in our 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill as well as our upscale lobby bar area, Brass Bear Lounge. Servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right candidate will gain menu knowledge and give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine and drink. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.
The starting rate for this position is $12.14 plus tips. Actual pay will be commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year experience as a server, preferably in a fine dining environment
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal communication skills.
- Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule
