Our team members specialize in serving our clients by successfully delivering permitting and citizen engagement software solutions that improve internal operations and decision-making, support new services, and enhance customer service to residents, businesses, and constituents.Your Role & Impact:As a Project Coordinator, you will play a central role in organizing, tracking, and driving client-facing project work across a portfolio of system enhancements, configuration updates, and custom reporting initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a coordination-heavy environment where success depends on clear communication and follow-through.You will work closely with Park Consulting Groups consultants, software vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure work progresses smoothly from intake through delivery by keeping tasks, timelines, dependencies, and communication aligned across all parties.Your responsibilities will include:Coordinating client-related project work across multiple concurrent system enhancement and custom report initiativesActing as a primary coordination point between internal PCG team members, software vendors, and client staffTracking project tasks, action items, timelines, and dependencies to ensure end-to-end deliveryMaintaining project documentation including task trackers, meeting notes, decision logs, and status updatesSupporting intake and prioritization of enhancement and reporting requests, ensuring clarity of scope and next stepsFacilitating recurring internal and client meetings, capturing outcomes, risks, and follow-up itemsMonitoring progress across vendors and internal resources and proactively flagging delays, blockers, or misalignmentPreparing clear, concise client-facing status updates and internal dashboards to reflect progress and risksEnsuring deliverables move through review, validation, and final delivery stages efficientlySupporting consultants and managers by keeping projects organized, schedules realistic, and communication consistentHelping refine internal coordination processes, templates, and tracking tools to improve delivery consistencyWho You Are:Bachelors degree required or equivalent professional experience considered.25 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or delivery operations (experience in enterprise software or IT environments preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyComfortable working across internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholdersProficient with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountabilityClear and professional communicator, both written and verbalAble to translate conversations and meetings into structured tasks, timelines, and next stepsProactive and solutions-oriented, with the confidence to surface risks and ask clarifying questionsAdaptable and composed in fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesHybrid-capable: Able to work 23 days per week in the Irvine officeOccasional California site visits (valid CA drivers license & reliable transportation required)Flexible availability during business hours between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM; occasional weekend work depending on client needsLegally eligible to work in the U.S.; able to clear background checks (including MVR) and E-VerifyEmployment DetailsThis position offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
