We are currently seeking a dependable, organized, and energetic Assistant Housekeeper to support our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This position plays a vital role in daily operations and requires a hands-on, team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch guest deliveries upon request
- Create and manage daily housekeeping schedules
- Enter and track work orders accurately
- Answer incoming calls and assist with housekeeping inquiries
- Inspect units prior to guest arrivals to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Receive and unpack supply shipments, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with lifting and moving inventory and housekeeping items as needed
- Collaborate with other departments and assist as needed

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent driving record with a valid driver's license
- Agree to a background check
- Bilingual is preferred
