What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous Parts Sales or automotive dealership experience
- Experience with ADP/CDK and Chrysler STAR Parts Catalog (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DWIs or excessive violations)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills
Key Responsibilities
As a Parts Specialist, you will:
- Identify and specify the correct parts based on customer needs
- Provide exceptional service to both internal and external customers
- Process and manage daily parts orders efficiently
- Use available tools and resources to exceed customer expectations
