About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee multiple residential construction projects across Central Florida. This is a high-impact role responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee construction for 20–30 homes simultaneously across multiple job sites
- Manage daily field operations within a 30-mile travel radius
- Lead 2–3 field assistants and supervise approximately 10 subcontractors per project
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Report directly to the Project Manager and provide regular progress updates
- Utilize company software to track builds and project milestones (training provided)
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
- Strong background in production homebuilding
- Proven ability to manage multiple active sites, crews, and subcontractors simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- English required; Portuguese is a strong plus
