Real Estate Operations Manager

Park 27 is a boutique real estate firm built around some of Richmond’s most sought-after neighborhoods, the Fan, Museum District, and surrounding counties. With a team of agents and growing, we are intentional about who we bring on and how we scale.

The Opportunity
This is a leadership role responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of the business while helping shape its next phase of growth.
From owning systems, people development, and performance, while working directly with ownership to scale the firm intelligently.
What You’ll Own
Team Leadership & Development
- Train, mentor, and hold agents accountable to performance standards
- Run weekly meetings, trainings, and workshops that actually improve production
- Build a culture of consistency, professionalism, and growth
Recruiting & Growth
- Identify, attract, and convert high-quality agents (new and experienced)
- Help define what a “Park 27 agent” looks like and enforce that standard
- Play a key role in scaling the team
Operations & Execution
- Own the day-to-day flow of the business
- Build and refine systems that create efficiency and consistency
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Transaction Oversight & Compliance
- Maintain strict compliance across all transactions
- Support agents with contract writing and deal structure
- Be the go-to resource for problem-solving complex deals
Training Infrastructure
- Develop and manage training systems (portal, materials, onboarding)
- Keep the team sharp, current, and improving
Vendor & Relationship Management
- Strengthen relationships with lenders, and key partners
- Ensure agents have the support network to perform at a high level
Financial Coordination
- Work alongside bookkeeping on agent payouts, expenses, and budgeting awareness

Qualifications
- Active Virginia Real Estate License
- Experience in real estate operations, brokerage management, or team leadership
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop agents
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and transaction flow
- Confident communicator—comfortable leading meetings and trainings
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systems-driven
