Be able to dazzle each customer in a respectful and friendly manner, seeking to convert every interaction into a sale.From a respectful and friendly greeting, convey the warmth and exquisite taste that reflects the brand's values, giving the customer an unforgettable experience and providing detailed advice to each customer based on their needs.Encourage cross-selling at all times, informing and proposing different options within each product line.Cash management and basic tasks to maintain the product in optimal conditions for sale.Execute the opening and closing of the day, confirming the correct transfer of documents and cash.Report store information daily and update the customer database with a focus on future sales.Ensure the proper maintenance of the shop by supporting the logistics and operations team in organisation and inventory tasks.Open and close the shop with special attention to lighting, visual product display, ensuring the necessary stock of products and consumables, and managing telephone customers.WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU2-3 years of experience in a luxury fashion boutique, ideally in the leather handbag sector.Total willingness to work as part of a team, sincerely offering to collaborate to achieve the goal together.Proactivity, rigor and meticulous attention to detail.Autonomy, adaptability and resilience to effectively manage the high traffic in the boutique.Fluent English is required; knowledge of any other language is an advantage.Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.REMUNERATION: Depending on experience and suitability for the position, the remuneration package will consist of a base hourly wage of between $23 and $26 plus bonuses based on targets.We are looking for someone to start immediately for the opening of the boutique, so if you are passionate about being part of this unique project, we invite you to apply for this position.
