Milea Auto Group is hiring a Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor to join our commercial truck service team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who knows the trucking industry and wants steady workflow, fleet business, strong earning potential, and long-term growth with one of the largest commercial truck providers in the Tri-State and New Jersey region.
Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor or Service Writer experience is preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right person with solid trucking experience or strong heavy-duty truck knowledge.

What You'll Do:
- Work directly with commercial truck customers and fleet accounts
- Write repair orders and document service concerns
- Explain repairs, maintenance, estimates, and recommendations
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Coordinate with technicians, Parts, warranty, and management
- Help keep repairs moving efficiently and customers on the road
Who We're Looking For:
- Trucking industry experience is required
- Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred
- Heavy-duty truck, diesel mechanic, truck sales, Parts, or fleet experience will also be considered
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of commercial trucks and repair
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple customer needs
- College degree preferred but not required
