Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive first impression
• Take accurate orders using POS or , processing payments efficiently and accurately
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Prepare and serve food items with attention to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Support food preparation activities when needed and assist in food handling tasks following proper procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude

· Must have High School Diploma/GED

· Good attitude, willingness to learn and accept feedback.

· Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

· Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

· Time management, ability to prioritize.
