Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections, ensuring a positive first impression
- Take accurate orders using POS or , processing payments efficiently and accurately
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Prepare and serve food items with attention to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and balancing registers at shift end
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols
- Support food preparation activities when needed and assist in food handling tasks following proper procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing time efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude

· Must have High School Diploma/GED
· Good attitude, willingness to learn and accept feedback.
