Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Barista working all shifts. In this vibrant role, you will be the face of our café, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and order processing.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and seating areas.
• Handle food safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
• Manage cash register operations accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for transactions.
• Support food preparation tasks in accordance with health standards to ensure quality and safety.

Requirements

• Prior barista experience or strong coffee experience is preferred; enthusiasm for learning about coffee is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; experience with cashiering or retail math is beneficial.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and basic math for transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks related to food service, and work flexible shifts across all hours of operation.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
