Ideal candidate will create reports, perform data-entry of statements, prepare filings and reconcile transactions.  KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIESRecord day-to-day financial transactions in ERP (Restaurant 365) System.Prepare Daily and Weekly Bank reconciliations.Deposit checks and perform data-entry into R365.Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly sales and tax filing.Assist with month-end close, including booking accruals, recording revenue, preparing schedules, and tax work.Perform routine activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, and other month-end close activities.Assist with various AR/AP functions when needed.Prepare Weekly and Monthly Credit Card Spending ReportPrepare Daily fund report and reconcile market-place transactions.Other duties may be assigned as needed.WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVEDegree in accounting or finance preferred.Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in accounting.Prior experience in the Food or Beverage industry preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required. Capable of managing large-volume data.Passion for people!
