We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Retail Team Member to join our team at our newly opening Paris Baguette bakery café in Coral Springs, FL. As a "Founding Team" member, you will play a critical role in establishing our store's reputation for quality from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new store and help build a strong, supportive team from day one.

Prior retail, cafe, or customer service experience is preferred but not required. Experience in a bakery or coffee environment, including barista skills, is a plus. We welcome full-time and part-time candidates who are team-oriented, eager to learn, comfortable in a fast-paced setting, and take pride in delivering warm, attentive guest service. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers, working efficiently as part of a team, and growing their skills through hands-on training.

• Greet every guest with warmth, eye contact, and positivity, delivering polished and attentive guest service in a fast-paced café environment
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items and seasonal promotions to guide guests confidently
• Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently
• Accurately prepare and coordinate in-store, pickup, and delivery orders
• Prepare coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other beverages with consistency and care
• Keep pastry and cake displays stocked, rotated, fresh, and aligned with merchandising standards
• Maintain merchandise displays, including coffee beans, packaged goods, and retail items, ensuring products are stocked, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards
• Monitor product quality before serving or packaging items and monitor product availability throughout the shift, accurately recording and communicating sold-out items to leadership
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all front-of-house areas, including guest seating, service stations, and restrooms, in accordance with food safety and brand standards
• Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks during scheduled shifts
• Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, based on scheduled shifts
• Work collaboratively and communicate clearly, professionally, and respectfully with all team members
• Help unload deliveries as needed
• Assist with training and supporting new Retail Team Members as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team operations
