We are looking for passionate and dedicated, experienced full-time and part-time Bakers to join our team at our newly opening Paris Baguette bakery café in Coral Springs, FL. As a "Founding Team" member, you will play a critical role in establishing our store's reputation for quality from day one. Prior experience in bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food service, or culinary education is required (1 yrs). We welcome full-time and part-time candidates who are eager to learn, dependable, and excited to grow their skills through structured training. This role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced bakery environment and take pride in doing things the right way.

- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, donuts, and baked goods in accordance with Paris Baguette recipes, procedures, and quality standards
- Execute all stages of production including mixing, shaping, baking, frying, assembling, and finishing products with consistency in taste and appearance
- Operate and monitor ovens, fryers, and bakery equipment, adjusting temperatures and bake times as needed to ensure product quality
- Ensure all products meet visual presentation standards before being placed on display
- Help manage daily production plans to support café operations and assist with catering preparation as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards throughout all stages of food handling
- Properly store ingredients, tools, and equipment to maintain freshness, organization, and safety
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and communicating low inventory levels to leadership
- Assist with opening or closing duties as assigned, based on scheduled shifts
- Clean and maintain bakery equipment, tools, and workstations before, during, and after use
- Work collaboratively and communicate clearly, professionally and respectfully with kitchen leadership and team members to ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Help unload deliveries as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team operations
- Prior experience in bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food service, or culinary education is required (1 years)
- Ability and willingness to learn and follow established recipes, procedures, and visual brand standards
- Basic understanding of baking fundamentals (such as dough preparation, proofing, and oven operations) is a plus
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions, including recipes and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality products
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong time management, organization, and basic problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, and reliable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leadership in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to comply with company policies, procedures, dress code, and food safety standards
- Flexibility to work all and varying shifts, including but not limited to early mornings, overnights, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and portioning ingredients
- Ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications as required by law and Company policy
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 pounds as required to perform job responsibilities
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments (including hot ovens, refrigeration areas, and ambient kitchen conditions)
