We are looking for a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team supporting an energy management campaign. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and building a career in sales and customer engagement.
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with customers to discuss available energy solutions, identify their needs, and help them understand options that may better fit their household or business. No previous energy industry experience is required.

- Engage with customers in person to discuss energy services and available solutions
- Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate service options
- Explain programs, pricing, and service information clearly and professionally
- Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Build strong customer relationships through knowledgeable and reliable service
- Meet individual and team sales and performance goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments
