Customer Engagement Sales Associate - Entry Level
We are seeking a personable and motivated Customer Engagement Sales Associate to support our energy management campaign. This customer-facing role combines relationship building, product education, and sales while helping customers better understand the energy solutions available to them.
You’ll receive hands-on training to learn the client, develop effective communication skills, and confidently guide customers through the enrollment process.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in person and create a positive customer experience
- Ask questions to better understand individual energy needs
- Educate customers on available energy programs, services, and solutions
- Recommend options based on customer needs and preferences
- Assist with new customer enrollment and account setup
- Answer questions and provide clear, accurate service information
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Build strong communication, customer service, and sales skills
