Job Title: Part-Time to Full-Time Sports Medicine Physical Therapist

We are growing and looking for a full-time Physical Therapist with a strong sports medicine focus who wants to practice at a higher level—not just volume-based care, but thoughtful, results-driven rehabilitation.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working with athletes and active patients, understands biomechanics deeply, and wants to be part of an integrated care model alongside physicians and fitness professionals.
You will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through recovery and performance optimization, with an emphasis on movement quality, strength, and long-term injury prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Guide patients through exercise therapy, manual therapy, and return-to-sport progression
- Collaborate closely with physicians and care team on diagnosis and management
- Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and long-term health
- Utilize performance tools (strength testing, movement analysis, etc.) when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (EMR: DrChrono)
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance clinic culture

Qualifications
- Physical Therapy- DPT, MPT, PT
- Active California PT license (or eligible)
- Strong interest or experience in sports medicine and orthopedics

- Growth mindset and willingness to innovate
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working with athletes (youth, collegiate, or adult)
- Background in strength & conditioning (CSCS or similar)
- Manual therapy training
- Interest in performance, longevity, and wellness-based care
