Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role in Sunnyvale, CA. In this position, you will assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide physical therapy to aid in recovery and rehabilitation. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring patients' progress, educating patients and their families about treatment techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California
- Strong expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care
- Knowledge of medicine and experience working in home care or clinical settings
- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing patient education and collaborating with team members
