Dental Assistant (with front desk experience)
Our growing private practice is in need of an experienced dental assistant. We need someone with experience in the back and the front.
Back duties:
Our growing private practice is in need of an experienced dental assistant. We need someone with experience in the back and the front.
Back duties:
- You will help with preparing patients, sterilizing instruments, setting up rooms, and some dental hygiene tasks ,and assist doctor.
- CEREC experience is a plus! To do well in this role, you should have a dental X-ray certification and provide a great level of patient care.
- On down times, we would need some help in the front.
Front duties: Verify PPO insurance, answer phones, make appointments, confirm appointments, greet patients.
Our office has a great atmosphere, and our work ethic is high. We would like someone with a team player personality, open to providing dental assistance in all areas of Dentistry, including Implants, Root canals, Extractions, Invisalign, and digital dentistry!
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday : 8:30-5pm, Friday 8:00-2pm.
- Saturdays 8-2 in the future (having one day off during the week)
Dental Assistant Requirements:
- Certification or an associate degree in an accredited dental assisting program.
- Dental X-ray certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistently professional appearance and attitude.
- Able to provide great patient care.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
