WE'RE HIRING ALL LEVELS:
Apprentice (Entry/Intern) — Starting from $35K | Tool package provided | Earn while you learn
B-Level Tech (Mid) — $45K–$60K | 1–3 years experience | Own tools required
A-Level Tech (Senior) — Up to $80K | Certified & efficient | Own tools | Top pay for top talent
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (Polaris & Can-Am)
- Perform PDI (pre-delivery inspection) and unit setup on new inventory
- Complete warranty repairs per OEM guidelines and documentation requirements
- Service engines, drivetrains, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems
- Use OEM diagnostic software and service manuals accurately
- Document repair orders clearly; communicate with service writers
- Install customer-purchased accessories and aftermarket upgrades
- Mentor apprentice techs (senior level)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Self-starter with a team-first attitude — both non-negotiable
- Mechanical aptitude in powersports, automotive, or small engines
- Own tools required (B & A level); startup package provided for apprentices
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with engines, electrical systems, drivetrains, and suspension
- OEM or ASE certifications a plus; we support your cert path
- Able to lift 75 lbs; comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment
- Valid driver's license required
