What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and face-to-face retail environment
- Provide product and service information through direct customer interactions
- Educate customers on available technology products, promotions, and service options
- Assist customers with questions, sign-ups, upgrades, purchases, and account support when applicable
- Support retail sales initiatives and help meet daily customer engagement and performance goals
- Maintain organized and presentable retail and promotional event spaces
- Track customer interactions, sales activity, and promotional results
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to drive campaign success
- Attend ongoing coaching, sales workshops, and professional development sessions
