We are currently hiring motivated, outgoing, and team-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Full-Time Crew Members in the area. This entry-level position combines retail sales, customer service, customer engagement, and face-to-face marketing inside busy retail locations and event-based environments.

If you enjoy working with people, staying active throughout the day, and building real-world experience in retail sales, customer support, brand promotions, and customer acquisition, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands and campaigns in industries including technology, telecommunications, home services, and consumer products. Full paid training is provided, and no previous experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with customers in retail stores and promotional event environments
• Provide product knowledge, customer support, and service information
• Assist customers with promotions, purchases, enrollments, and upgrades
• Support retail sales goals, customer acquisition efforts, and brand awareness campaigns
• Deliver a positive customer experience through professional, face-to-face interaction
• Represent brands inside high-traffic retail locations and community events
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to drive performance results

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a retail sales and customer-facing environment
• Outgoing, energetic, and people-focused personality
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced retail setting
• Reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, food service, events, marketing, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required
