In this role, you'll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations, assist customers with products and promotional offers, and work alongside experienced leaders to learn the day-to-day responsibilities of managing a successful sales team.
Responsibilities
- Represent nationally recognized brands through in-store retail promotions and customer interactions
- Educate customers on featured products, services, and current promotions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while assisting customers throughout the purchasing or enrollment process
- Learn daily leadership responsibilities, including team support, coaching, and performance development
- Assist with training and mentoring newer team members as leadership skills develop
- Participate in ongoing leadership, sales, and professional development training
- Monitor individual and team performance while working toward sales and customer service goals
- Collaborate with management to support daily operations and business growth
- Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused retail environment
Qualifications
