This is a full-time on-site role at Parathon Construction. As a Yard Hand, you will be responsible for various tasks related to shop maintenance, yard maintenance, and general office maintenance. You will also be responsible for handling job supply deliveries and pick ups. This is a hands-on role that requires physical labor and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Keep yard clean and organized
- Receive job supplies at shop and deliver to jobsites
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
- Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance tasks
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining equipment is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
