Position Summary:
Responsible cleaning and inventory of Reuse equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Direct Services
- Clean and sanitize donated durable medical equipment, inventorying equipment into an Excel spreadsheet.
Reporting and Documentation
- Inventorying equipment in an Excel spreadsheet.
Miscellaneous
- Protect participant's rights to privacy and confidentiality in all forms of communication.
- Attend and participate in all required trainings and meetings every fiscal
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High school diploma
Skills and Competencies:
- Customer Service
- Resourcefulness
- Oral/Written Communication
- Team Player
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office Programs and Database Environment
- Driving and Personal Transportation Preferred
Working Conditions:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 25% of the time.
- Frequently needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. and positions self to maintain files in file cabinets.
- Occasionally ascends/descends ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and the like.
- Frequently moves self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
- Occasionally requires repeated motions and/or machinery and power tools that may include the wrists, hands, or fingers.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as copy machine, phone system, and computer printer.
- Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
- Frequently moves items, weighing up to 50 pounds, across environment for various needs.
- Must be able to work full-time in variety of environmental conditions: high and low temperatures, outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind, hazardous conditions, and small/enclosed spaces.
- Requires travel within 30 miles of the office and further as necessary.
