Location and Schedule:
Location: Temple, Texas
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Person
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Evenings and weekends as needed
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Schedule and dispatch jobs
- Coordinate with drivers, operations, and customer service teams
- Invoice customers and process payments (including credit cards)
- Track service records and customer data in Service Fusion
- Address and escalate customer complaints as needed
- Support other departments and business lines as needed
- Scan and file disposal manifests per company procedure
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience handling payments and account reconciliation
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of roll offs a plus
- Must pass background check
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Physical requirement: prolonged periods sitting and working at a computer
