Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and performing Receptionist Duties, such as managing calls and scheduling
- Strong skills in Front Office management and handling general administrative tasks
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with basic office software and tools is a plus
