This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Tax Appraiser located in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. The Property Tax Appraiser will analyze property data, conduct valuations for secured and unsecured properties, and prepare detailed property tax appeal reports. Additional responsibilities include researching property tax codes, interacting with county assessors' offices, preparing comprehensive documentation for Assessment Appeals Boards, and consulting with clients to guide them through the tax appeal process.

- Proficiency in research and interpretation of property tax laws and regulations.
