Lead Commercial HVAC Installer Requirements:
- 2 Years of Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Install experience required
- Able to read Blueprints/Wiring Diagrams, Mechanical Drawings, Etc required
- Electrical wiring/troubleshooting experience required
- Refrigeration, Compressors, RTUs, Chillers, BAS controls, Etc experience preferred

Lead Commerical HVAC Installer Responsibilities:
- Installing, servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems for commercial and industrial facilities
- Responsibilities include installing HVAC equipment, replacing systems, performing electrical wiring, connecting controls and VFDs, reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, and supporting refrigeration and mechanical systems
- Additional duties include leading crews, servicing HVAC and refrigeration equipment, preventative maintenance, system startups, troubleshooting, testing systems, and replacing parts
- Work may involve commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems, BAS controls, cooling towers, chilled water systems, and facility upgrade projects for warehouses, manufacturing plants, grocery stores, cold storage facilities, healthcare facilities, office buildings, retail properties, hospitality facilities, and other commercial or industrial facilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes during installations
