Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- 5 Years of Commercial Construction Project Management Experience required
- Experience Managing Commercial Construction Projects as a PM, Sr. PM, or Similar Leadership Role required
- Knowledge of Curtain Wall, Glazing, Building Envelope, Architectural Facade, Exterior Panels, Millwork, Casework, or Interior Construction preferred

Senior Commercial Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- This role involves managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, vendors, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, project documentation, client communication, and taking field measurements
- Additional duties include conducting site meetings, and coordinating engineering, fabrication, installation, and field operations
- Projects include curtain wall, glazing, architectural facades, cladding, building envelope systems, exterior panel systems, structural steel, and other exterior building systems for commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, industrial, institutional, government, educational, high-rise, mixed-use, and multifamily construction
