Injection Mold Maker Requirements:
- 7 years of Molding Making/Repair, Manual Toolroom, or CNC experience required
- Mold Manufacturing / Plastic Injection Molding experience required
- Machine Set-Up experience required
- Experience with Mastercam, Troubleshooting, PM, or Engineering Support preferred
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO 13485 Medical Device MFG or Lab Product MFG preferred
- Experience with Mold Trials, Production Startups, and Validation Runs preferred
- Experience with Hot Runner/Valve Gate Systems, Insert Molds (Lifters, Slides, Unscrewing Mechanisms), CNC/Manual Mills, Lathes, Grinders, or Sinker/Wire EDM preferred

Injection Mold Maker Responsibilities:
- Builds, repairs, and maintains high-precision plastic injection molds in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Responsibilities include assembling molds from prints or 3D models, troubleshooting tooling issues, performing preventive maintenance, supporting mold trials and start-ups, implementing engineering changes, assisting with new mold builds, and operating manual and CNC toolroom equipment
