- 2 Years of CNC Setup and Machine Troubleshooting experience required
- CNC Milling AND Lathes/Turning Setup experience required
- Experience with CAD/CAM Program Editing OR Creating Programs from Models required
- Custom / Job Shop Experience required

Responsibilities of CNC Programmer/Machinist:
- This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes in a custom job shop
- Responsibilities include creating and editing CNC programs, performing machine setups, selecting tooling, reading blueprints, troubleshooting machining issues, inspecting finished parts, and manufacturing prototype, custom, and low-volume precision parts
- Work involves machining steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastics, and specialty alloys
