- 3-4 Years Asphalt Foreman Level OR 9 Years Asphalt Construction/Equipment Operation required
- Equipment Operation experience required
- Experience with CAT Paving Equipment & Tremble Electronics preferred
- Experience with projects such as highways & parking lots preferred

Asphalt/Paving Foreman Responsibilities:
- This role involves overseeing asphalt operations, including supervising crews, coordinating material deliveries, and managing project schedules
- The position is hands-on, requiring active participation in the field while leading the team
- Primary responsibilities including operating paving equipment on highways and parking lots for commercial, state, and private projects
- Run, Mentor and Lead a crew
- Develop team members throughout each project
- Project Management
- Monitor equipment and inventory usage
