About the Role
Paramount Philly is currently hiring an Account Manager to support our business-to-business (B2B) telecommunications campaign. This is a full-time, in-person position ideal for candidates with strong interpersonal skills who are looking to grow in a sales and client relationship-focused environment.
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with small to mid-sized businesses, educating them on service options, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the process. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships through in-person business outreach
- Present telecommunications service options to potential business customers
- Provide product education, address questions, and assist with onboarding
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed campaign goals
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
Qualifications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Professional demeanor and reliability
- Full-time availability for in-person work in the Philadelphia area
- Previous customer service, sales, or account management experience is helpful but not required
