Responsibilities
- Perform tree care, including tree trimming and maintenance to promote healthy growth.
- Execute snow plowing duties during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Assist in hardscape projects, including the installation of patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Dig, irrigate, and maintain gardens, ensuring plants receive adequate water and nutrients.
- Provide lawn care services such as mowing, fertilizing, and weed control to maintain lush green spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement landscape plans that meet client specifications.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscape needs and preferences.
Skills
- Proficient in tree care techniques, including trimming and pruning.
- Experience with snow plowing operations is a plus.
