Real Estate Litigation Paralegal | Atlanta Area | Hybrid Opportunity - National Law Firm
Paramount Legal is recruiting for an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm handling complex property-related matters.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys managing cases from start to finish and working closely with attorneys on sophisticated litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from case intake through resolution
- Draft and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
- Organize and manage large volumes of case files and supporting documentation
- Review and analyze real estate-related documents such as deeds, easements, and title records
- Maintain case calendars and track deadlines to ensure timely filings
- Communicate with clients, experts, and outside parties as needed
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and coordination of witnesses
- Conduct research and provide general litigation support
Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases
- Experience handling document-intensive matters and meeting strict deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience with real estate, eminent domain, or property-related litigation
- Prior trial preparation experience
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
