Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 years of Transactional Commercial Real Estate experience as a Paralegal
- Experience on the Lender side of commercial real estate closings for title, survey, & zoning review.
- Paralegal Certificate or it's equivalent is what is needed
- Must be comfortable working directly with clients, title companies, and various agencies.
