- Entity formations and corporate governance documents
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Due diligence and UCC searches
- Preparing and coordinating transaction closings
- Corporate maintenance and annual filings
- Drafting transactional documents and closing binders

- 5 years of corporate/business paralegal experience
- Law firm or corporate legal department background
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with transactional and finance matters
