Paramount Beauty Supply Stores seeks a Part Time Morning Sales Associate and Part Time Afternoon Associate
Mornings shift is Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 1:00pm OR Afternoons 1pm to 5:30pm
You Must have computer experience and be able to work all store hours as needed. BEAUTY or Retail Beauty experience a .
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. We are looking for someone with a Strong Beauty Supply or Cosmetology background.
You will help clients find products within our store, answer questions about our products and provide information on specific collections. A positive attitude and a desire to help clients will make you successful in this role.
Skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other staff
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Basic Knowledge of the Beauty Industry
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls from customers about products, collections or other issues. Provide information about specific products or offer solutions to problems.
- Answer questions about specific collections, such as “What products are best for me”.
- Help Check in merchandise
- Process returns accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor clean and organized throughout the day.
- Maintain clean storage areas at all times, including putting away boxes, stocking shelves and putting away merchandise.
Be an excellent team player! Help your team members by performing daily tasks with your focus on providing excellent customer service sales support!
Must be able to lift heavy boxes.Pay rate is Salary is $18 per hour plus sales bonuses. - We are looking for qualified candidates who will be with us for the LONG TERM.
