• Service consultants are a critical bridge between clients and technicians, ensuring all client requirements are fulfilled. They will ask pertinent questions and document specific client concerns to aid technician's diagnosis.
• Consultants will inspect the clients vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify service needs. Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements
• Consultants will generate and provide accurate estimates for maintenance and repairs, including total cost and time required for completion. After obtaining approval from client, the consultant will offer regular updates on vehicle progress.
• Inspect vehicles prior to each customer delivery to ensure vehicle services and/or repairs are performed correctly and communicate the results with the customer.
• Meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection.
• Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
