Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Paramount Automotive is looking for a motivated Automotive Service Writer to join our fast-paced, customer-focused dealership team. If you enjoy helping people and have a strong attention to detail, we want to hear from you!
Sign on bonus up to $2500 for qualified candidates possessing a minimum of 2 years automotive franchise dealer service advising experience
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable link between customers and our service department.
- Greet customers, schedule appointments, and clearly document vehicle concerns.
- Communicate repair recommendations, warranty information, and pricing in a professional and transparent way.
- Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure efficient and accurate repairs.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process to ensure an exceptional experience.
- Process payments, warranty claims, and maintain detailed service records.
- Strive for top-tier customer satisfaction and uphold Paramount’s reputation for excellence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Service Writer, Advisor, or similar automotive role (preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic automotive knowledge and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Proficiency with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
