Key Responsibilities
- Daily operation reconciliations
- Schedule reconciliations
- Processing vehicle deals accurately and efficiently
- Vehicle inventory management
- Maintain organized financial and operational records
- Make quality decisions independently and without hesitation
- Communicate effectively with employees across all departments
- Work collaboratively within the dealership office team
Title & Registration Duties
- Assist with processing vehicle titles and related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Verify title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare title applications to appropriate government agencies
- Process title transfers, including liens and releases
- Resolve title discrepancies, including missing or incorrect documentation
- Communicate with customers, dealerships, and financial institutions regarding title-related matters
- Maintain organized and compliant title records
- Stay informed on local, state, and federal title and registration regulations
- Provide administrative support to office personnel and management as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements
- Automotive dealership office accounting experience REQUIRED
- Previous title clerk or dealership administrative experience strongly preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dealership software systems
- Knowledge of state and federal vehicle title laws and regulations preferred
- Verifiable track record working successfully within an office team
- Must pass a background check and drug test
