What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Insurance Clerk / Post-Closing Specialist position at Paramount Abstract, Inc.?
Busy Carbon County title insurance agency is seeking a full-time employee to assist primarily with post-closing work and general office responsibilities.
Duties will initially focus on post-closing matters, including processing and organizing closing documents, following up on outstanding items, communicating with customers and vendors, and helping ensure files are properly completed and closed out. The position may expand into other areas of the title and closing process based on experience and ability.
We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable and comfortable working in a busy office environment. Strong communication and customer service skills are important.
Experience in title insurance, real estate, mortgage lending or a legal office is preferred. We are also willing to train the right person with strong organizational and administrative skills.
Compensation depends on experience. Weekly work-volume bonuses and a year-end bonus are also available.
Full-time, in-office position.
