Project Duration: 2 years (December 1, 2025 – November 30, 2027)
Weekly Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., excluding holidays)
Job Description
Paramint LLC is seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to provide expert technical support for the Engineering Solutions department of a major bi-state transportation agency. This role involves close collaboration with the Technology Department to ensure the effective operation, integration, and optimization of hardware, software, and specialized engineering applications used across the Engineering Department.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Autodesk and other design and analysis applications, managing licenses and servers, assisting with Azure Virtual Desktop deployments, and contributing to critical engineering technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Deployment & Support: Manage software rollouts, upgrades, and license administration for Autodesk (approx. 290 licenses) and over 70 specialized engineering design applications.
- Server & Virtual Desktop Collaboration: Support the Technology Department’s server team in testing, implementing, and maintaining Engineering Application VM servers and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
- Bluebeam Revu Management: Oversee 500 Bluebeam Revu licenses, including portal administration, upgrades, and configuration. Provide user support and coordinate review sessions for agency-wide collaboration.
- Computer Refresh & Setup: Assist with OS upgrades, device replacements, and pre-installation of required software packages for Engineering staff.
- Onsite Technical Support: Deliver direct technical support and optimize the performance of Engineering-owned applications. Maintain service call logs and Power BI dashboards for management reports.
- Data Server Administration: Manage project data servers, create and organize folders, maintain user access rights, and upload files to Livelink for agency-wide review.
- Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date software license records and technical documentation on the Engineering Solutions SharePoint site.
- Project & Application Support: Assist in development initiatives such as People Finder, CAD Review Automation, EQuIs database, and Leica Cyclone Enterprise.
- SQL Server Maintenance: Execute database maintenance, data backups, and cleanup tasks using SQL Server Management Studio.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk software functionality, troubleshooting, and user support.
- 3 years of experience with Azure Cloud Technologies, including application development and maintenance within Azure Data Lake environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for documentation and reporting.
- 5 years of experience using PDF and markup tools such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Bluebeam Revu.
- 10 years of advanced system analysis experience, including network application license utilization reporting.
- Experience supporting engineering data management, document workflows, and 3D point cloud data storage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication for effective collaboration and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with a large public agency or utility organization.
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Livelink, and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Experience in engineering or design environments supporting complex technical applications.

- Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for software updates or server maintenance.
