Job Description
Paramint LLC is seeking an experienced Engineering Technology System Analyst to support the Engineering Solutions group at a major bi-state transportation agency.
This role plays a critical part in evaluating, implementing, and supporting innovative engineering technologies while ensuring alignment with organizational IT and cybersecurity standards. The selected candidate will provide technical insights to senior management, oversee engineering software systems, manage project data within Microsoft Azure environments, and assist with the customization and optimization of tools such as Bluebeam and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
This is a part-time hybrid position ideal for a highly experienced AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) professional with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Application & System Administration: Manage and support a wide range of engineering applications, including Bluebeam Revu, Bluebeam Org Admin Pro, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Revit, Leica Cyclone Enterprise, Base Map Management Service (BMMS), NearMap, and Esri ArcGIS Pro.
- Software Deployment & Upgrades: Coordinate rollouts, version updates, and customizations for engineering software to meet specialized project needs.
- Technology Evaluation: Assess and test new engineering tools, such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and e-Builder. Collaborate with Technology and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compatibility and security.
- Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and deliver training sessions for engineering staff on software tools and platforms.
- Troubleshooting & Enhancements: Resolve application-level issues and perform minor updates based on support tickets and user feedback.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in interdepartmental meetings to gather requirements, share updates, and align on technology initiatives.
- Knowledge Sharing: Lead “Knowledge Bar” sessions and workshops to promote best practices and increase awareness of engineering software capabilities.
- Strategic Collaboration: Meet regularly with Engineering senior management to discuss technology roadmaps, system performance, and evolving needs.
- Project Planning: Translate strategic objectives into actionable tasks, prioritize assignments, and coordinate execution with stakeholders.
Mandatory Qualifications
- 10 years of experience leading AEC technology initiatives involving AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and engineering document management systems.
- Proven experience supporting Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) projects.
- Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Technologies, including data storage and management within Azure Data Lake environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI for documentation, reporting, and data visualization.
- 5 years of experience with PDF and markup tools, including Adobe Acrobat Pro and Bluebeam Revu.
- Advanced system analysis capabilities, including license utilization and performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of engineering data management workflows, including 3D point cloud data and project data archiving.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (PE or RA certification preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with large public agencies or utilities.
- Background in engineering systems integration or enterprise data management.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, e-Builder, or similar project management platforms.

- Hybrid role at 2 Montgomery Street, Jersey City, NJ
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (part-time, 3 days per week intended to fulfill a work order that is nearing completion.).
