About The Role
We are looking for a Transportation Civil Engineer I-II to join our team in support of transportation design. This position will be based out of Seattle, Puyallup, or Silverdale, Washington. This position can work a hybrid schedule coming into the office at least 2-3 days per week for team and client collaboration, mentorship, and integration.

About The Role
We are looking for a Transportation Civil Engineer I-II to join our team in support of transportation design. This position will be based out of Seattle, Puyallup, or Silverdale, Washington. This position can work a hybrid schedule coming into the office at least 2-3 days per week for team and client collaboration, mentorship, and integration.
You Will:
- Assist in the design of transportation infrastructure for cities and counties throughout the Puget Sound Region, including:
- Roadways, intersections, and corridors
- Bicycle and pedestrian facilities
- Highway and freeway improvements
- Fish passage culverts
- Traffic control and signing/striping plans
- Assist in the development of roadway plans, profiles, and cross sections using industry-standard design software.
- Assist in the development of engineering documents such as plans, estimates, and technical reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, senior engineers, and other disciplines.
- Contribute to roadway design elements such as horizontal and vertical alignments, storm drainage systems, traffic control plans, and ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 1 years of experience in transportation engineering or related field.
- EIT or ability to obtain within 1 year.
- Strong understanding or engineering fundamentals and interest in transportation design.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Civil 3D or MicroStation.
